Royaly International Started operations and Known as Sameness Industrial Co., Ltd. in 1982 manufacturing bicycle handlebars and stems. Since then, the company's main product line has expanded to include baby strollers and fitness machines.

Expansion of Royaly' products beyond bicycle parts was instituted to take full advantage of the research and development department.

Consequently, in 1995 Royaly came out with its own trailer, heralding the start of its diversification program. Implementation of the ISO9002 standards in 1996 boosted product quality and efficiency.

In 1997, the first fitness machines rolled off the factory assembly line. This was followed by the baby jogging stroller in 1998.

With rapid line expansion, the brand name "Higol" was registered in 1989 to represent the company's products in the world market.
